How to use (masking): Wash your face and pat it dry. Soak 1/2-ply or 5-ply cotton pads with toner. You can use a dry sheet mask instead of cotton pads. Place the toner-soaked cotton pads on your face (chin, forehead, cheeks) as a face mask.
How to use (mist): Pour a small amount of hydrating toner into a small spray bottle. Spray it onto your face whenever you feel the need.
